The Contra Costa Wind Symphony is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to bringing outstanding, accessible concert band music to our community. Our ensemble of 40+ volunteer musicians performs a wide range of repertoire, and we support our programming through member contributions, donations, sponsorships, and grants.

Each season, the Contra Costa Wind Symphony presents several high-quality concerts, reaching thousands of audience members from across the Bay Area.
Your donations allow us to reach a wide audience in the Bay Area with engaging, exciting concerts that stir the musical imagination. Less than 15% of CCWS’ annual expenses are covered by ticket sales.
CCWS provides musicians from all walks of life with a creative opportunity to continue their musical growth. CCWS also commissions new music, and performs contemporary music, providing support for the national community of composers and arrangers of concert band music.
